Before becoming a PMHNP, I spent over 10 years working as a psychiatric nurse in inpatient and outpatient settings at leading teaching hospitals throughout Massachusetts.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centered. I enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, insomnia, and mood disorders, especially when these challenges begin to affect daily life, relationships, or overall well-being. I believe mental health is a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and growth, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where people feel heard and empowered.
Hobbies: Going to the gym (mostlyfor discipline and occasionally to justify dessert), DIY projects, trailwalking, and bowling.
