What to expect

Initial Evaluation — 60 minutes
We’ll talk about your concerns, history, symptoms, and treatment goals.

Follow-Up Appointments — typically 30 minutes
We’ll check how you’re doing, discuss medication effectiveness or side effects, and adjust your treatment plan when needed.

Groups and Workshops

Support Groups and workshops create a space to connect with people who may understand experiences that are difficult to explain to friends, family, or people back home.

Our small groups combine supportive conversations, guided discussions, and opportunities to learn from one another in a confidential and welcoming environment.
