We know that starting mental health care can feel overwhelming, so our goal is to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible and help you get connected with the right provider in a timely manner.
Massachusetts clients only: Due to licensing and insurance requirements, we can only provide care when you are physically located in Massachusetts at the time of your appointment.
Free 15-minute consultation: All new clients begin with a free 15-minute consultation with our intake team to help determine whether our practice is a good fit for your needs and answer any questions you may have.
Virtual appointments: Our services are primarily provided through secure telehealth. In-person availability is limited.
Insurance: We accept BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Optum/UnitedHealthcare, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Tufts Health Plan.
Out-of-network benefits: If your insurance is not listed above, we can provide a super bill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
MassHealth, Medicare & Medicaid: We are unable to accept these plans at this time.
Adults 18+: We currently provide services to adults age 18 and older.
