I believe effective mental health care goes beyond simply prescribing medication — it starts with getting to know you as a whole person.

Clinical Background

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience working with adults across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds.

  • Experience

I have provided care in a variety of settings, including McLean Hospital, Tufts Medical Center, and Atrius Health.

  • My Style

    Warm, collaborative, and whole-person focused

  • Specialty

ADHD, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, OCD, and bipolar disorder

I grew up in the Boston suburbs and value creating a welcoming, collaborative space where patients feel heard and understood. I believe effective mental health care goes beyond simply prescribing medication — it starts with getting to know you as a whole person, understanding your goals, and working together to find the approaches that best support your well-being. While medication can be an important tool for some, I also incorporate education, lifestyle changes, coping strategies, and other evidence-based approaches to help you build lasting improvements.
