Pre-licensed LMHC
Psychotherapy
(Hindi, Bangla & Urdu)
book
Having moved from Bangladesh to the UK to the US myself, I understand firsthand the disorientation, homesickness and identity shifts that come with building a life far from where you started.

Clinical Background

I’m a pre-licensed clinician, working toward my LMHC.

  • Education

Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and clinical training across Bangladesh, the UK, and the US.

  • My Style

    Person-centered, warm, and non-judgmental.

  • Specialty

    CBT, ACT, and IFS

    College students; International students

My approach to therapy is person-centered, warm, and non-judgmental. I show up fully present with my clients, listening to understand what they actually need rather than assuming I already know.

I have a particular passion for working with college students, especially international students. Having moved from Bangladesh to the UK to the US myself, I understand first-hand the disorientation, homesickness and identity shifts that come with building a life far from where you started. That lived experience shapes how I show up for students navigating the same terrain.

Hobbies: You’ll usually find me in the kitchen, cooking without a recipe and building a meal entirely from scratch. Food is actually how I show love — cooking for someone is my love language.
