Hey there! I’m Yixi, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Whether you’re battling anxiety, feeling the weight of depression, or managing ADHD, OCD, and trauma, I’m here to help you through it. With a special focus on the unique challenges faced by international students and college students, I understand just how tricky navigating mental health in a fast-paced world can be.
Born out of a passion for mental wellness, my approach combines psychotherapy and medication management to tailor a care plan just for you. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, I’m all about connecting and making sure you feel heard and understood. Let’s work together to turn those tough days into brighter ones.

Xuemeng (Charlotte) Wu, LMHC

Charlotte is a bilingual (English/Mandarin) licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. Charlotte completed her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Boston College in 2019 and has practiced in the relevant field since then.
She has worked with clientele from young children to the elderly, and settings from individual, family, group, and inpatient. She has worked together with clients with concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, stress and trauma, to adjustment to life changes, searching for life purpose, relationships, etc. Charlotte understands it is never easy to decide to start therapy. Therefore, Charlotte has a mission to treat each individual with respect, dignity, and genuineness.
Coming from an immigration background in the U.S., Charlotte personally experienced struggles as an international student in school, in the workplace, and in day-to-day life. Charlotte believes her background and expertise in therapy will help clients who might face similar concerns to feel heard, to better cope, and to thrive in their lives.
Lihua Zhang, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Lihua Zhang is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric-Mental Health from Boston Collage in 2024. She has over six years of experience in the mental health field, including five years as a psychiatric registered nurse at McLean Hospital, one of the nation’s leading psychiatric institutions. Her professional background spans inpatient, outpatient, and evaluation settings, equipping her with a strong foundation in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
Lihua works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma- and stressor- related disorders, schizophrenia, ADHD, and OCD-spectrum disorders. She also has a special interest in supporting immigrants, international students, and families as they navigate cultural transitions, identity development, intergenerational differences, family expectations, and academic or work-related stress.
Lihua’s approach is holistic and patient-centered, integrating both medication management and psychotherapy. She believes in treating the whole person—mind, body, and environment—and strives to create a supportive, collaborative space where individuals feel understood, empowered, and guided toward resilience and their life goals.
