Lemonade Group Therapy is a space where students and young professional can feel seen, heard, and supported. We create safe and confidential group session where you can talk opening with others who are navigating similar challenges.
A group therapy gathers people who come together to share experiences, listen without judgment, and offer encouragement. At Lemonade Mental Health, we guide each session with thoughtfully chosen themes, from finding belonging to coping with academic or career stress, helping you build emotional strength and community along the way.

Lemonade groups provide a supportive space for skill-building, psychoeducation, and open discussion. We offer a welcoming and reflective environment where you can develop new coping strategies, gain deeper self-awareness, and connect with others who share similar experiences.
Lemonade groups explore key challenges faced by international students, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful connections. Some hot topics include: Cultural Adjustment & Communication, Academic & Career Challenges, Identity & Belonging.
Each Lemonade group consists of approximately 4–10 members, guided by 1–2 facilitators. Our small, close-knit groups foster meaningful connections and a strong sense of community.
Groups meet once a week for 90 minutes, typically from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. The meeting day varies and is currently scheduled on either Tuesday or Thursday. To maximize the benefits, Lemonade groups follow a structured 8-week program and remain closed to new participants once they begin.
We accept health insurance for participants located in Massachusetts. Your cost will depend on your insurance plan, and you’ll only be responsible for co-pays or any applicable deductible, which typically ranges from $10 to $40 per session.
For those not using insurance, we offer a fixed rate of $25 per session, with a total of 8 sessions.
To help you determine if our group is the right fit for you, our facilitators offer a free 15-minute consultation. This is an opportunity to ask questions and learn more before committing.
