Lemonade Mental Health

Xuemeng (Charlotte) Wu, LMHC

My name is Xuemeng “Charlotte” Wu, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I provide therapy in both English and Mandarin. I work with adults in early to mid adulthood navigating identity, relationships, work/school stress, family expectations, burnout, self-esteem, and life transitions. I also support international students and clients who may benefit from therapy that is culturally attentive and bilingual.

As someone who has personally navigated studying, working, and building a life in the U.S. after moving from China, I bring both professional training and lived understanding to my work. My style is warm, attentive, and collaborative, while also active and gently challenging when helpful. I offer thoughtful, constructive feedback and support clients in exploring patterns, clarifying emotions and needs, and making choices that feel more aligned with who they are and where they want to go. My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered therapy, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies. I believe therapy is not only about understanding and naming the struggles we carry, but also about learning how to respond with more awareness, choice, and self-compassion. Together, we can build coping tools and work toward perspectives that feel more grounded and true to you.
